Shipping policy
All parcels are sent by registered international mail from Ukraine.
It includes a tracking number (it will be sent in the email notification). Each parcel has a delivery confirmation.
Delivery terms:
- USA: 2-3 weeks
- Canada: 2 weeks
- Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer depending on Australian custom work)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks
Travel time may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

My second birthday treat bear purchased from Tanya. Mitch hasn't been out of my hands since I opened him an hour ago. He's just the most mischievous looking little bear! So well made and super tactile.
